Our Grass-Fed Beef Program
At Elements Farm, our Grass-Fed Beef program is rooted in a commitment to animal welfare, environmental stewardship, and producing the highest quality beef. Our cattle are raised on lush Vermont pastures, enjoying a natural diet and humane handling throughout their lives.
We are starting with a small, carefully selected herd and plan to scale up our operation gradually. This approach allows us to refine our practices, ensure the health and well-being of each animal, and maintain the ecological balance of our pastures.
Our focus is on rotational grazing, which mimics natural herd movements, improves soil health, sequesters carbon, and provides our cattle with fresh, nutritious forage.

Our Beef Offerings

Bulk Purchases & Shares
We plan to offer beef by the whole, half, or quarter cow, providing excellent value for families. This model allows customers to stock their freezers with a variety of cuts. We will also explore CSA-style meat shares.

Individual & Specialty Cuts
A selection of individual cuts like steaks, roasts, and ground beef will be available at our farmstand and potentially through local farmers' markets. We also aim to develop value-added products like gourmet burgers and artisanal beef jerky.
