Buildings & Infrastructure
Farmhouse
Our historic Vermont farmhouse has been thoughtfully renovated to balance modern comfort with traditional charm. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms across 2,400 square feet, it provides comfortable living space for our family while maintaining its authentic character.
Energy-efficient updates include modern insulation, a high-efficiency heating system, and solar panels that provide much of our electricity needs.

Agricultural Buildings
Our property features several well-maintained agricultural buildings, including a traditional Vermont barn (36' x 48'), equipment storage sheds, and a sugarhouse for maple syrup production.
We've also constructed purpose-built facilities for our brewery operations, with space for production, aging, and a small tasting room for visitors.
Infrastructure
The property features well-maintained infrastructure including gravel roads providing access throughout the property, fenced pastures, established drainage systems, and irrigation capabilities for our agricultural fields.
We've invested in renewable energy with a solar array that provides a significant portion of our electricity needs, supporting our commitment to sustainability.
